Minoru Sato
Executive Sushi Chef Minoru Sato, a native of Japan, has more than 20 years of experience in preparing Japanese cuisine and sushi. Chef Sato joined Rosen Shingle Creek in 2010. His first task was to help open Banrai Sushi. Prior to his career at Rosen Shingle Creek, Chef Sato developed his culinary skills by working for several Japanese restaurants around Orlando including Rangetsu (headquarters are in Japan) and Hanamizuki Japanese Restaurant. In his free time, Chef Sato enjoys surf fishing along the shores of Florida beaches and playing golf.
